About me

I’m Kym Perfetto, and cycling and adventure are what fuel me! There’s nothing I love more than exploring new places on two wheels and truly immersing myself in local culture.
In 2018, I rode from Athens to Kardamyli on my track bike, and to this day, it’s one of my all-time favorite bike trips. The roads and scenery were absolutely breathtaking, but the food and the people? Even more incredible. I was completely blown away.

Now, almost seven years and two kids later, I’m heading back—this time on an e-bike with luxury accommodations! It’s going to be an unforgettable experience, and I’d love for you to join me. Let’s explore the stunning

Mani ebike retreat was crafted with the help of my local friend Van from Bike Me Up.

The story behind the friendship

Our meeting happened, fittingly, over bikes. I had stopped at a small café by the sea when I first visited Mani. I noticed a bunch of e-bikes parked nearby. Intrigued, I glanced up just as Van walked over.

"Nice ride," I said, nodding towards the bikes.

Van smiled, recognizing the spark of a fellow cyclist. "Thanks. You should try it—makes the climbs here a little less brutal."

I laughed and as I am always up for a challenge I replied "I prefer earning my descents, but I won’t say no to a test ride."

That was all it took. Within minutes, we were deep in conversation— talking about routes, bikes, and the thrill of exploring Greece on two wheels. Van shared his vision for Bike Me Up, and how he wanted to make cycling on Greece's mountainous terrain accessible yet exhilarating to everyone.

What started as a casual meeting turned into an exchange of ideas, a shared excitement for adventure, and the beginning of a collaboration that would bring more riders to the hidden gems of Mani.

Pricing & Payment Schedule:

• Standard Price Package: $4.211 (shared room,
  no insurance).

• To reserve your spot, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required.

• A second payment of $1.600 is due July 7th,2025.

• The final payment is due August 25, 2025.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we offer the following refund policy:

• Bookings are refundable until June 1, minus the non-refundable $500 deposit.

• After June 1, all bookings are non-refundable to cover upfront costs associated with accommodations, equipment, and logistics.

Important Details:

• No Transfers or Credits: Bookings cannot be transferred to another person or applied as credit for future retreats.

• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances.
